" We booked AAA Topline Moves Inc. for a local Calgary move from one NW residence to another. We hired Jim and his "said to be experienced crew" for the job. After conversation about their abilities, rates and insurance we committed to the company. It was a mistake. Jim's equipment failed, hired his helpers day of move, one never having moved before, and Jim complained all day about the move, the difficulty, etc. Jim kept telling us what he could not do rather than what he could. We asked for wardrobe boxes during the move so we could finish packing the clothes and he would not give them to us to use, regardless of the fact they were on the truck. At the end of the day, with the move not finished he presented a bill for more than was agreed, added fuel charges, and GST while requesting cash. He did not leave us with an invoice for the service, and although committed to coming back to finish the move, did not show up next day saying his truck was unable to be driven. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!
We found a replacement mover after much angst who was able to move items Jim said he could not and did so in a respectful careful manner. AAA TOPLINE MOVERS INC. IS NOT A COMPANY TO TRUST WITH YOUR MOVE!!! "
