My first experience for a Brazilian laser was sooooo uncomfortable, and not a painful uncomfortable, but a creepy uncomfortable. After that I wanted to change a pre-purchased package to a different area and was out-right told NO and to buy another package if I wanted a different area. They just stoled my money. I was disgusted at the way I was treated and humiliated.
The same owners have now moved and changed their name to Pure Skin Laser. DO NOT go there either as its still very unprofessional. "

" This place isn't at all clean. Every time I went into it the floors treatment room and bathroom were a mess. Lady that runs it never cleaned the equipment between clients. She is also very rude and usually on her cell phone. Trying to rebook was a hassle. At more than one of my treatments she was arguing over where my treatment area actually was and what I wanted. She also left the door to the treatment open while doing both mine and the person before me treatment so I could if I wanted see everything. I know it is a bargain price for laser with the groupon but honestly I didn't go back for my last treatment as the place was so dirty. Avoid this place. "
