" Been airsofting for close to 3 years now, Force on Force is the place to be. Indoor airsoft is a very great sport to play in the wintertime to stay active and keep in good physical shape.
One of my favourite parts of going is the friendly staff who know how to handle every situation in a clear concisely thought out matter and do their best to make your time the best possible.
Recently they changed up some of the staff roster and i have to say the newer staff members are doing a very good job. Ref April used to be a Ref awhile ago around when i first started and the games she used to run were such a good time and im very glad she's back in the staff roster. She knows how to handle problem players in a good way that benefits all parties involved and always has a clear thought process when dealing with issues that arise. "

" Went to FOF one time and i gotta say, i wasn't impressed. Unfriendly staff kinda gave the place a sour taste. A while later i had a problem with one of my personal airsoft rifles and i brought it in for repairs at FOF. The way they handled the situation was pretty cheap. Gave me a little slip of paper to write my contact info on but didnt really pay attention to any of it. So i waited for at least 2 months, calling inbetween times to check the status but was told if their repair guy hadn't contacted me then it wasnt ready. So i finally just called n said i wanted to pick my rifle up in its broken state. It was then that i learned the had given their repair man the wrong number. So i finally managed to get in contact with him and my rifle was repaired shortly after. Went and picked it up then found out my airsoft magazine was missing, haven't heard what happened to it. All in all would not recommend this place. "

" Best place for indoor play. I’m not sure if there’s another indoor field in Edmonton, but I’m not sure I would go.
Regulars are friendly and give advice to new players, and at times let people try their gear. Good sense of community.
Staff is super friendly. If you have issues with your equipment they’ll have a peak at it. Rules are laid out clearly and good variety of game types depending on attendance.
Facilities are good. Modular field means the play area changes up once and a while making sure the field is never stale. "

" Amazing service. I went last weekend with my 11 year old step son. Had a blast playing games like team death match, and siege. Would definitely recommend checking this place out. Especially if you like paintball, you’ll love this. "

" Awesome service and help. Came on in for their boxing week sale and wasn't disappointed at all. Bought two guns a bunch of mags and some goggles so my wife and I could play and they were kind enough to give us two free day passes and fully charged batteries so we could try out our new guns. Even after I had played for 3 hours and killed one of the batteries they gave me another one so I could keep playing. Definitely happy and will be returning. "
