We are a non-competitive fitness and dance studio. Our goal is to create a sense of community and promote a healthy lifestyle. We want to engage, excite, and empower our students and fitness clients. Our non-competitive philosophy encourages anyone to come try a dance or fitness class. We aim for everyone to have fun, get results, meet new friends, gain self-confidence and to simply feel fabulous!

Our studio is set to open in Fall 2017 in Aspen Plaza.

Now taking registrations for Preschool/Kids Fall Sessions. First session starts on September 18.

Adult class schedule will be available mid-August.
