" I called Neptune a few days ago about a leaky toilet. Brian G came out this morning and was able to show me what the problem was, was able to provide me with several options, and was able to complete the install of a new toilet all before noon. He was wonderful to deal with and certainly exceeded my expectations on all levels. I will have no hesitation calling on Neptune and Brian again. "
