Then on the day the guys arrived on time packed all my stuff efficiently and professionally and it was unloaded at my new place faster than I expected! " TSM was AWESOME! I had a rush move to do last month and only had 1 days notice to give a moving company. I called and was able to book a truck for the next night. Luckily I didn't have too much to move, but everything arrived safely at my new home with no damage whatsoever! Everything was moved so fast and we were done within no time. The guys were great, they were kinda bummed about doing an extra move in the evening, but they did a great job! Would definitely use them again and recommend the highly! "

" I used this company to move from Calgary AB to Hamilton ON. I give 5 stars to the guys who actually do the work. They were punctual, professional, and took great care wrapping up everything in tons of moving blankets. No issue with them at all. My problem was with Walter, the agent who provided the quote, for 2 reasons. First, they provide a quote sheet that I filled in diligently. Using that, he severely underestimated the total weight (3480 lbs, quoted at 2700 lbs). Second, there was a stair surcharge because I was on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. This was not asked during the quote process and it is significant. So my entire bill came in $1,000 over quote ($3,879, quoted $2,885) which left me feeling completely misled and totally ripped off. And once your stuff is on the truck, you have zero choice but to pay. I asked for help but heard absolutely nothing back. I would never use these guys again, which is a shame because the movers themselves were great. "
