" My toilet had run on problems. Scott, we was actually early for the appointment did the usual flapper fix and water fill levelling in a timely and professional manner. However, a couple of hours later I heard the toilet run again. I called back the next day and the helpful and very polite woman on the phone sent Scott for a callback. He arrived again right on time, replaced another toilet part and charged me nothing. No charge for labour or parts. Amazing. Callaway, as usual, you are living up to your reputation of excellent service to your customers. Thank you! "

" Really impressed with their service. I left a message in the morning was called back within 10 minutes and booked in appointment time window. Arrived as stated and communicated throughout with letting me know when on their way. Bob the plumber was excellent, kind and efficient, fair, assessed the situation and went out to make sure the job could get done as needed to use. Cared to make sure all was good as needed fixed for use tomorrow. Will definelty use in the future for all plumbing needs. Thank you. "

" For three primary reasons I will not hesitate to work with Bob R. again. Efficiency: the entire work was done faster than what the estimate and I predicted. Professionalism and Transparency: throughout the process Bob was clear and explanatory about each step he took, why it was needed, and how the services were charged -- making it an enjoyable learning experience too. Kudos for Callaway, the estimate was more detailed than some of its competitors in town, and service was dispatched during my preferred time slots. "

" Chris was an amazing and fast technician. He said he'd arrive quickly when I had an emergency, and he did. The receptionist was easy to work with and made scheduling a follow up appointment really easy and quick...I got confirmation by text as soon as my call with her ended!!! Highly recommend! "

" This is our second time hiring Callaway, two completely different repair jobs, two different techs. This time (like last time) we were completely satisfied with their work, no complaints at all, and they were fair and transparent with their billing.
Edit: it seems submitting a new review overwrote the last review, so I'll just add that a tech was brought in about 2-3 months ago on short notice for a rather temporally urgent plumbing issue (sink overflowing in our staff room). He repaired the issue quickly and professionally, cleaned up the space, and showed us how to access the overflow in the future. I gave Callaway 5 stars then, and I'm giving them another 5 stars this time for another equally excellent job. In particular I think it's worth noting that we had two different plumbers because it speaks to the company's quality from a macro perspective. "
