" I have just received my furniture from Sofa so Good and couldn't be more pleased. The service from start to finish was outstanding and delivered on time. I ordered 2 Anya swivel chairs, 1 otterman and the Dillon sofa but with 2 cushions and feathersoft option.
This was the first time dealing with Sofa so Good and would highly recommend them. "

" I can't say enough about Sofa So Good! From their customer centric focus, close attention to detail, impeccable craftsmanship and after delivery follow up, I can't imagine why anyone would shop elsewhere for their furniture!

" Excellent from beginning to end. Most importantly, the sofa is perfect and it's perfect for us. It's incredibly well-constructed, beautiful, and stylish. Also important: every staff member I dealt with (warehouse, delivery, showroom) were professional, helpful, and amazing. They even welcomed our neurotic dog because she can't be left alone. The person who helped us pick out the couch was patient and knowledgeable, and answered a multitude of questions. The business is very eco-conscious and finds good homes (like a shelter) for furniture they pick up. And, the materials and quality are excellent and prices were great.
The best way to evaluate a business (or a person) is when something goes a bit sideways, and wow, did they come through. I had a concern and emailed. I got the best email back; turns out it was a language misunderstanding. Rayna's email should be in the Customer Service Hall of Fame.
Luciano the warehouse wizard couldn't have been kinder when I got lost and couldn't find the address, and neglected to take the swivel mechanism into consideration in relation to my car; he ended up lending me his own bungee cord and gave me directions to miss the construction traffic - otherwise I'd still be sitting on Marine Drive.
All in all, recommend Sofa So Good very highly. "
