My therapist is Katherine Lamar
I was in moter vehicle accident in 2009 and went to many therapists. None of the therapists could get to the root of my pain which started in my lower back and is now tricking down to my arms and fingers. Katherine knew how to manipulate my muscles so well that I noticed a huge difference in my lower back pain just after the first visit. I could finally get dressed without shooting pain in my back.
I would recommend Katherine to all my friends and relatives.

" My Amazing RMT Kurtis is very knowledgeable, patient and actually understand what I'm going thru. Gives me lots of variation to deal with my physical and emotional pain and I'm learning to understand my body situation every visit. The staff are very helpful and friendly, very clean facility, over the top services like appointment reminders thru text messages, follow ups thru email and phone calls and self serve coffee/water station. It's a bit far from where I live but it's worth the drive! Very HAPPY!!! 😇 "

" I highly recommend visiting Synergy Rehab for any physiotherapy! They have an amazing facility as Nordel. The staff is helpful and supportive. Tony from Synergy Rehab is incredibly passionate about helping others. He has helped tremendously with my recovery. I would recommend Synergy to anyone who needs physio or rehab. "
