I asked when they could come and they had a same day appointment available. Our tech, Rudy, arrived promptly during the hour we were told he arrive. Friendly, curious, efficient. After he had done his inspection, he explained all the things that he would recommend be taken care of sooner than later and gave us options for how to go about replacing an older hot water tank. No pushy sales tactics, just straight honest information. That's one thing I appreciate most about the techs I've had from Brown's over the years is that it's service first, sales second. " I just purchased my new home and the water has an awful smell to it so I called Brown's where I spoke to Colby who was super helpful and very informative. They sent Rudy to my home to do an inspection and I couldn't be more pleased with the service he provided me. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He took the time to answer all my questions and explained things to me in a way someone who is not too familiar with plumbing could understand. I signed up for their MVP program which gives me the peace of mind that all my heating, cooling and plumbing needs will be maintained and addressed as needed. I would recommend Brown's and especially Rudy to anyone in need of these services. Going forward I hope that it's Rudy I get as my service tech! "

" We contacted Brown's Plumbing and Heating after finding that our sump pump didn't work. Travis was sent to address our problem. He was friendly and replaced the pump quickly. He went beyond expectations in terms of helping me with some cleanup while waiting for the pump to cycle through a couple of times to ensure everything was working correctly. I really appreciated his strong work ethic. "
