" This is the worst used car company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with, and I've dealt with some pretty bad ones. They bait and switched me into a very busted, not well cared for car that had been in an accident (they did not disclose this info prior to sale) after showing me a beautiful one. The rims were rusted, the center console was so scratched you couldn't read the screen, the wipers were old and did not clear debris from the windshield, there is rust inside the doors, the inside was filthy, the floor mats were missing, etc.
After showing them the inspection report from another dealership saying that it had been in an accident and letting them inspect the car they said they didn't think it was anything serious. Everything under the hood is tilted sideways from a collision. Any mechanic worth his salt would be able to see that, as well as the bright green tape that's holding parts together under the hood. The driver's side headlight assembly has since broke; I can only assume from being replaced with a third party, cheap part after it was in the collision they lied about. LED lights don't typically burn out after 4 years.
When I told them I wanted the one they showed me for the price they gave me they said no. They would renegotiate for more money and a bigger loss on my end. Why would I pay close to $45000 dollars after taxes/fees/interest for something that hasn't been taken care of at all? You sold me the nice one during negotiations. I expect the car you sold me.
The finance manager didn't pay out my loan on my trade car so I was being charged for 2 vehicles, one I didn't own anymore. It took them over a month to fix that and to get me a license plate. Because they sold me the wrong car I was driving with fraudulent insurance. When I said I wanted to switch vehicles the store manager said I had refused the offer from the finance manager when I did not refuse. I'm not sure why you'd believe the guy who also said he paid out a loan when he didn't actually do it, but whatever.
I told them I'd take my old car back if it was available. They said if it isn't I'd have to pay out my old lien ($7000) to leave the contract. I said we could discuss it once they found my car and figured out if it was sold. When they found it they didn't want to give it back because they had done work to it ($3200). If I can pay $7000 I can pay $3200. Why offer something if you do not intend to allow the other party to actually have that option? They have since insinuated that I have been the difficult party in all of this when I just wanted out of a terrible contract that should not have been binding in the first place.
These people are crooked and have since been reported to the Better Business Bureau as well as the Financial and Consumer Services Commission for deceptive business practices and fraudulent misrepresentation. "

Jess was very friendly and was able to find a way to get my deposit back a different way because it wasn't accepting the normal way. James was very knowledgeable and informative about the entire process, and Matt who was very friendly and was willing to put my license plate on when I asked if he had the tool to do it when I showed up one day to sign the registration of the vehicle I traded in. Would recommend to anyone. "
