" Very poor customer services - No Go place - They will disown the customer once they have sold the product. I was told there are two different grades of the hardwood so I selected the better one without knots and was charged extra for the better version but later I found real bad knots in the wood and then I came to know there was actually only one grade and the owner simply disowned the salesperson and the deal commitments. I asked if some extra wood can be sent to me as compensation so that bad pieces can be put aside but was refused without any compensation what so ever and then the owner of Amazon hardwood flooring talked to me in a very rude and arrogant manner, she kept on shouting and yelling at me reason being I asked for spares as compensation, whereas I was simply listening in disbelief without shouting back at her. I think that was too much of a respect to an evil spirited woman. At top of her tone She even mentioned that her business is doing so good that she doesn’t mind loosing customers. Later I was offered a compensation and then they backed off, this offering of compensation and backing off with continuous decrease in compensation kept happening till the time only the difference between the values between two hypothetical grades was paid back.
I had aligned my installer otherwise I would have returned the entire shipment for sure. In terms of Quality of Wood you don't get what you are shown - so be careful at do business with them at your own risk. "
