ABC Financial who does the billing for the gym will only cancel if the Gym tells them to. The gym has yet to notify them. I've blocked payments on my credit card but still get phone calls and letters saying to update my billing information. When I call ABC and tell them I've cancelled they tell me to go to the gym to notify ABC that I've cancelled. But when I email them to do so or even go to the gym to notify and send the cancellation form to them, they never do. Literally unbelievable. "

" Haven't been to this gym in half a year because I relocated downtown. Helped me freeze me the account for 6 months. After my freezing was completed they started taking automatic payments from my visa account.
After calling to cancel, they need to take ANOTHER $44.07 from my bank account to let me leave.
I joined thinking that they would have just taken my cash and let me move on after my pass ended.
No communication that my pass was about to expire.
Don't Come here. Period. "

" Recently moved to the area, recived a 7 day pass so I gave it a try. Worst gym I have ever been to all the equipments are either damaged or do not work. Seems like they have been purchased at a garage sale. For $45/month membership fee I highly recommend either going to Goodlife or Snap fitness that is within the area please do not waste your money at this gym and get injured. "

" Great gym lots of equipment tons of space which I loved. I've been to a few other any times and they had very limited space and equipment and mats. This one has tons of mats and all the equipment I need for my fitness goals. Staff is very friendly and trainers are amazing I've been going here since they opened and I've never thought about changing this gym because I love it and I love that the change rooms are individual rooms with showers so you don't have to go through the fear of changing with other people. I don't know why others above do not like this place maybe it's just the free loaders but price is very reasonable also. I give this a 5 star 🌟 "
