" So we ended up at the store today and was fortunate to be able to work with Krista, she seemed very knowledgeable and truthful about the product/options etc etc.
i had done quite a bit of research and had visited the store before and in both instances (with Krista) and the fellow before, i did not feel that they were not being truthful about the product they sell.
She worked with us to make sure we got the hot tub we needed or more importantly i felt we got reasonable value for money on a top quality hot tub.
So we ended up purchasing a Tundra and look forward to the day it arrives.
I can't comment about the after purchase experience (service etc) yet, but from i can see of the people working here, i am sure it will be just fine.
One minor suggestion for this dealer, on days (like weekends) that you expect several ppl in the store at once, try to have more than 1 person in the store as we waiting a bit, not Krista's fault at all, she was busy with another customer, she did acknowledge us and apologized for the wait, which is great. "
