" I need to report two MAJOR ISSUES about this clinic. I tried to file a complaint to some institutions as well.
First, the family doctor and the drug store right next door are connected and owned by the same owner. After the doctor wrote a prescription, she said:” I already faxed it to the drug store next door. You can go pay for it.” which gives us less chance to refuse to buy the medicine here. They cost almost doubled or three times more than Costco Drug Store. I strongly believe this is against the rule.
Secondly, there is one nurse, Cantonese, mid-aged, very inexperienced and unprofessional. She tried to take blood from my right arm, she didn’t see clearly about my vines, and started poking in and out of my muscle until I fainted conpletely for about 10 seconds. This is the first time I had this experience and I am not going back to be a guinea pig for her little experiment. I didn’t even send my urine test as she couldn’t take any blood at all.
I understand this could happen in a regular clinical practice. Or I am just being unlucky? I told all my friend about this and some of them started to seek for another family doctor. "

" Newly added medical center, will be full service soon with many specialists.
Couple of HK style cafes with good choices and a Congee Queen style restaurant.
Parking is difficult during prime time hours.
I give them 7/10! "
