" Amazing customer service! Was worried the one hour to try on all the dresses would be short; but because of the personalized experience, and one on one with Jennie, it was so seamless and she is 100% body positive and inclusive!
Was easily able to try 8-10 dresses in the hour. And found a few that I really liked!
Will definitely still browse around, but this was the most promising trip and Jennie mentioned that the shop had a tad better turnaround on dresses compared to the average stores!! "

" Jennie made dress shopping a lovely and enjoyable experience and was super helpful throughout the process. She knows her stuff! As I tried on dresses, I loved that she explained the differences of how I should expect each to sit/fit on my body once in the correct size and altered.
Jennie helped me to find the perfect dress at Bergamot Bridal, and I even came back for a second time to put it on again and choose a veil. Jennie was kind enough to help me take a few pictures. I would definitely recommend this bridal shop to any bride looking to shop in London. "
