" My family has been using Berman for years now and they have always been great. This year we submitted our taxes nice and early and have already been waiting 15 days for any notification. They said 10 days max initially. I think all the receptionists have changed this year and that's why the communication and quality has gone down. Whenever I used to email them they would reply very quickly and this year when I've emailed, they never gave a response. What a shame, Daniel is great at his job and he's very efficient so I'm not sure what's going on in the office. "

" Be careful with this "professional". I paid $400 for his service plus $350 for the government in interests because they didn't submit my income tax on time (my receipts were there since March). Tried to talk to the owner but first thing he told me was to call the cops if I wasn't happy (very good approach). Office very desorganized and people extremely unpolite. He told me he tried to call my husband twice to sign the papers (which he never did) and also said the second call was a courtesy (really?!?!?!). Don't loose your time with them, there are so many good professionals in the market that would appreciate working wiht you. Humbleness never gets old... "
