" I went in April to get my summer tires installed. Everything seemed fine. This year, I went to a different Canadian Tire (Shoppers World) to get my winter tires installed. They told me that the Canadian Tire at Trinity Commons broke my wheel lock key when they installed my summer tires, and I need to go there to get it fixed. I assume it was overtorqued. Long story short, after calling and sending a fax about my issue to THIS Canadian Tire on a Friday, they agreed to have a look on Monday evening. I arrive Monday, but they have no technicians available. I'm frustrated, so I explain the situation again. They wouldn't even make me another appointment. The parts guy and manager even told me I would need to order new locking nuts and key myself from the dealer. Before the previous Canadian Tire realized that THIS location broke it, they offered to order it and fix it for me at no extra cost. After a total of 5 visits to Canadian Tire, I’ve decided to get it fixed somewhere with real technicians. "

" It's a relatively clean location and that's the best i can recommend about this location. It is impossible to get a hold of staff and calling them is even worse. I have called after staff and tried running after them but they keep walking away. It feels like the people here don't want to work or are so understaffed they can't help customers and get products on the shelf.
Only go here if you need something quick and don't need help getting it. "

" Poor customer service. The store owner needs to reshuffle his management team they are so unprofessional. They often turns question or request for help into argument with customers especially one of the managers called "Travis". I witness same manager spoke to another junior staff rudely and his approach was so unprofessional . Some staffs looks stressed working there but are helpful. Stay away.... "
