" Absolute disastrous service...No 2 staff says the same...They will tell what they feel is right then and next time when you go there be ready for a shock. I went there first time and one of the lady sitting there said I will have to go to Indian consulate and get a sworn affidavit to add my driving experience so that I can give my G test as I didn't carry the extract of my licence from India. I took a day off from my work went to Toronto, spent entire day there to get the sworn affidavit. Next day after standing for almost 2 hours outside in chilling cold weather, staff bluntly refuses to accept it and told me that they accept this letter from any other consulate but Indian consulate. When we check on the Internet it leads us to the same sworn affidavit, however, they still refuses. They seem to work not to help others but to wile away their working hours somehow and get their wages...Pathetic service...who is going to bear the loses that I am suffering because of them... "

" Not really sure about the other reviews on this place, but I went and had a good experience. Walked in and it wasn't too packed on a monday afternoon around 12:30pm, service was great and the people were very friendly. Only had to wait around 20 minutes to do my G1 test. I was in and out in around 30-40 minutes, passed the test first try. All the people I interacted with were nice people and easy to communicate with, I guess it's recommended to come on a Monday so you don't have to wait long. "

" Gave my G1 test today. Reading all the negative reviews, had gone prepared. To my surprise, the line did not have more than 7-8 persons in the morning ( I showed up at 8.15am).
The entire process took less than an hour. Even given a feedback questionnaire at the end for survey purposes.
I interacted with 3 staff personnel and each of them were very courteous and clear in instructions. I don't know what's the negative reviews are all about.
Pleasant and quick experience !! "

" I had rather positive experience. I spent literally 35 minutes inside to pass G1. Initially it was not clear where to get token with number. Also as some one mentioned earlier all help machines were out of service. I want to mention that i went in this place at 10am at work day. There were around 40 people. Though my knowledge test queue were 2 people - it went very fast. I also liked that they have computer test with instant feedback. 4 stars as i had terrible commute experience (part of the road was closed). "

" Went to do my g1 written test today, the line was at least two blocks long. I arrived there at 8:55 and left 12:30, which isn't bad. But they seen how long the line was and three hours into working they go on break., what job lets u have a break after such short time? Otherwise then that, I wouldn't say the wait time inside wasn't long. It only is outside because they only let in a few at a time. If you do plan on going here I highly suggest coming at least 2 hours before opening. Bring a drink and something to eat. I did pass thought which I'm very happy about! Oh and the bigger girl with brown hair seems to have an attitude . She does not look approachable at all. Everyone else is kind. "
