" I have used a cleaning service like this for the first time and am satisfied with the work. Leah was prompt enough to accommodate the service at our convenience. The initial cleaner did not do a good job and when addressed this we were immediately matched with another professional. This too was accommodated at our convenience.
She did an amazing job and the place looked really good. I would recommend that you ask for Petronella if you're thinking of using their services. She did a great job.

" The maid was actually very nice but the quality of work was not there. Deep cleaning typically means dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms etc. I could still see dirt and marks on the floor, one room was not mopped at all. The dusting was not done. I would never use this service again, obviously the management does not care about their staff. A deep clean should require 2 people not just 1 who worked 8 hours by herself. "
