" I have only dealt with Floral Images once. We received sympathy flowers, but after attempting to reach us once only to discuss delivery, the arrangement was left outdoors, in November and overnight when a cold weather warning was in effect. Needless to say, they were ruined. I have dealt with several other florists in town and I have never had a flower arrangement be left in these conditions. It is wholy inappropriate and unprofessional. Although the arrangement was replaced the next day when I called to complain, the person who answered the phone passed me off to another employee without warning and the second employee indicated that "the weather was a lot nicer yesterday" and reiterated that they had tried to call to make delivery arrangements. Given that the arrangement was a sympathy order, I would strongly recommend that Floral Images review their delivery process, especially in winter, but overall, considering their unprofessionalism, I would recommend using any other florist in Guelph. "

" Utterly fantastic - I simply asked for them to put together a white bouquet in honor of a very close loved one's birthday and she loves them! Clearly lots of time, attention and creativity was put into the order as my relative has excellent taste and knows her flowers:) I love that I had no idea what I needed but they figured it out and it was perfect. " Decided to surprise my mom with flowers but since I wasn't living in the city I ordered them to get delivered with Floral Images. I was nervous at first, but Floral Images exceeded my expectations and my mom was very appreciative of the beautiful flowers .Everything was super easy from order to delivery with superb customer service and quality products. STRONGLY recommend! Will definitely be my new go-to florists! :) "

" Absolutely awful experience.. If you were to go by one review PLEASE let it be this one. It is currently 11pm on Valentines Day and my girlfriend has yet to receive her delivery. I had to call around 5 times to keep making sure they would deliver it as it was getting later and later and I was getting more and more anxious. They promised they would. Eventually they just stopped answering my calls. I mean come on, ITS DELIVERING FLOWERS AND A BALLOON! how hard could that be?!?! I paid over 40$ for nothing but a broken promise.I really wish these people did not take my money and lie to me. I really wish my girlfriend got what I ordered for her and actually made a special day feel even more special. This was not the case, not at all I plead you to try a different business than this one. These people do not care about their customers or their product. "

" Did not fulfill order. Was hoping to surprise my wife at work for today (Valentine's Day). Called to confirm for a 1pm delivery. It was never sent out. Never delivered. Very disappointed.
