" The best seats ever, the reclining chairs are amazing. There is so much room and you don't have to worry about fighting the person next to you for the arm rest lol. If they served some fast food, it would be been a lot better but nachos and popcorn is alright. I would recommend going just for the seats. "

" Reiterating what you will see written time and time again about the lack of staff working. Today we waited in a single snack line out to the door to get tickets. Ended up leaving because the movie started and we were still standing in the only open line. Drive to kitchener or Guelph. "

" Auditorium 1, has a double image as of Dec 26, 2016. Movies are watchable but not ideal. Sure hope they fix this. Any problem with an image is not acceptable regardless of how small. "

" Decent selection of movies seats are a little tight, also the foods is kinda pricey. But that's fine every theatre is practically the same. Besides that customer service is pretty good. "

" The last several times that I've visited this cinema, they haven't had anyone working the ticket booth. Instead you're expected to line up with all the people wanting snacks at the concession counter just to buy your ticket.
This is extremely annoying because the way they do it is inequitable in as much as they have three separate lines.
The last time I was there I saw people joining other lines that ended up moving faster, because there were bigger orders for popcorn etc. in our line.
I'd much prefer to just buy my ticket at the ticket booth, but failing that put on a separate line for tickets only, at the concession, or do it like Landmark where they zig zag everyone in line so that you're actually served in sequence. Other than that I have no problem with the cinema. "

Overall: Great theatre, set up in a nice spot in the mall. Perfect for last minute movie going after a long shop or as your go to theatre! 4/5! "

" Very slow staff never enough tills opened not very good customer service definitely not a customer friendly theatre. If you want to get into the show on time better be half hour early at least. Concessions are outrageously over priced $20 for a little bit of popcorn and pop really!!! Love to go to the movies but $50 is a bit much for less then 2 hours out!!!!! Especially for a old run down theater with nothing to offer. Give it 1 star because at least it's usually clean. "
