" I've ordered from Godfathers many times over the last few years. I have to say there is absolutely no consistency with them at all. Some times you get exactly what you ordered and other times it feels like they don't care and just give you whatever they want. I always ask for extra pizza sauce and when I get it, it looks as though there is barely any on. Save your money. "

" Great customer service, very friendly staff. Amazing Quality everytime i order with very short wait times. Its a great place to go after a long day of work when you dont feel like cooking. One of my new favorite pizza places im Hagersville. Keep up the great work 😇 "

" Order garlic strips every once in a while from this location, and seems like only 10% of the time it is cooked properly. I explained to one of the young girls there how she did a good job cooking it, as most of the times I've ordered I'd have to send it back...she apologized and agreed that it was unacceptable. When we ordered tonight we asked that it not be over cooked as last time it was so over cooked the cheese was crunchy. When I went in to pick it up, I told the girl I wanted to see it before paying for it. She grabbed the box and opened it. I said it was fine. Her response was "I was going to say..." to which I cut her off and explained that you cannot serve food that isn't properly cooked. She had an awful attitude and provided me with excuse after excuse- "it's the oven" "it's the crust" ...etc. Bottom line...you don't serve people with food that is so over cooked it is crunchy and hurts to bite into. As I figured, she didn't seem to comprehend what I was trying to explain or offer any sort of apology on behalf of the restaurant.
Not sure if they're under new management or when it became acceptable to refer to your coworkers as "bitches" but it's safe to say we will not be ordering from there anymore.
Very poor quality food and customer service. I'm sure it won't be long before they are closed down just like the Caledonia location. "

" We always ask for a well done pizza we do not like the doughy crust that is not cooked through. We seldom get what we ask for. The only time it seems we get what we ask for is when we take the pizza back and get another one. Then the girls make very sure that the pizza is well done. "
