" Good physiotherapy is great! Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere there is also very relaxing. I originally went to see Hubert for back pain but during the initial assessment I informed him that I have migraines and he has been treating me for both and I barely have migraines now, which has made a huge difference in my life. Everyone is very knowledgeable and explains things very clearly. They always make sure that I am comfortable and walk me through every step of what will happen during each appointment which I appreciate a lot. I highly recommend good physiotherapy. "

" Me and my husband have been a long time customer of Mary and she has been a great therapist anybody could have asked for. However the company specifically doesn’t deserve 5 stars. They just simply don’t know how to retain their customers. They recently started this new policy where they ask for $10 deposit for each appointment that we book with them. I get it that this is business requirement however it is very inconvenient for customers like me and my husband who have been with you guys for so long and book 5 appointments individually in once. Like I am not going to put $50 per person just to hold 5 spots for each. This one time our insurance was not working for some reason and I forgot to bring my wallet with me. The insurance company was closed that day as it was a weekend so I asked them to rebook me and use the $10 deposit for the next appointment. The lady after talking to her boss literally said on my face that no we cannot since your appointment has already begun we will charge this $10 for no call no show(even though I was standing right there) and you will have to put down another $10 for the next appointment. Not even a single effort of consideration that we can do a one time exception since you have been a good customers to us. Since that day I have stopped coming to this place and just for $10, this company lost 2 customers who use to book 5 to 7 appointments with you guys. "

Their warm greeting and smile makes me feel so welcomed every time. My Physiotherapist Hubert, RMT Karen and Mary are incredibly knowledgeable and professional, who have not only provided customized treatment and care to help me relieve shoulder, neck and lower back pain but also shared knowledge of personal-care.
