" We purchased the Oak Tofino engineered floor for our entire house. We were told the floors were very strong and durable, unfortunately that is not the case. Wish I went with my gut instinct should have went with hardwood floor. We were told this floor was comparable to hardwood but that's not the case. We have lived in our house for almost 6 months and the floors are terrible. They are so frail when you drop anything on them they dent. Previously we had solid hardwood floor and when things fell there were no issues. Not sure what the warranty is on these floors previously when I called they said these are the best and they haven't had any negative feedback. I have 3 small children things are dropped.. toys, cups etc. These floors are not durable I would never recommend them. Super thin and not solid. Posted several pics of damage from items that were dropped.. as well floor seems to be peeling in some spots. Very expensive for what it really is. Go with solid hardwood for durability. "

" Disappointed with quality of BP grade. We spoke to Viktor and he showed us what the BP grade would look like in the showroom. However, the pieces we received were severely damaged and chipped. Our installers used it in the installation and it was too late for us to have it redone. We were led to believe that all it would have is knots and shorter in length which we were okay with. We didn't use them for installation but the wood has shrunken and there are a lot of gaps. Really wish we hadn't gone with BP grade and I think the company should not even sell it given the quality. I would have been better off purchasing all of the regular grade. Sadly, I would not be able to recommend the company given we feel we were seriously misled. "
