" Looking for winter coat in store one day sale 50% off ...got to cash only to find out the price ended in .99 so not eligible so I did not buy ...I did return to the outwear area and read the small print on card basically the bulk of the coats WERE NOT eligible for the 50% discount !! False advertising. ..buyer beware😠 "

" The manager of the Bay and Sears and other stores in the mall should visit Preston Hardware in Ottawa to see how a store should be run. They have one person attending to all their departments to offer a real customer experience like you have never had in any store I have ever been in. "
