" The first time I went here I dealt with the most unfriendly, unhelpful and unapproachable cashier. She wasn't blatantly rude-", no - but I almost felt guilty for being there. It was almost as if my presence seemed to inconvenience her.
The second time I went there, I was greeted by a friendly cashier, so no issues there. Unknown to me, I arrived soon before they closed. I went outside to check out their lavender (which really didn't look that great to be honest), and then came back in when they announced over the loud speaker that they would be closing in ten minutes.
Not even a minute went by when some elderly lady (who didn't even look like she worked there), yelled loudly to me that the store was closing.
I'm not deaf. I'm not buying anything either, so I don't need to go through cash. It won't take me 5 minutes to walk 20 paces out of the store. Chill out with your bad attitude.
Their stone yard location was even worse. At the other location, I had a guy rudely use the F word around me multiple times. To make it worse, I had paid for a bag of triple mix, but he was too lazy to find it and he literally refused to look for it, forcing me to take some other random bag of soil instead.
What a joke of an establishment. Go to Sheridan nurseries instead! They are the sweetest people, and so well informed. "

" Avoid this place if you want decent customer service. From the time I entered the store until the time I left, I felt like an intruder. The employees I encountered tried to avoid any eye contact. When I asked an employee a specific question, I was told I had to wait until another customer's question was resolved. After ten minutes of waiting, I realized that customer had left the store and the employee had disappeared. After not being able to get help from anyone, I decided to wait in line and pay for my overpriced items. It was clear that the cashier wasn't having a good day and didn't want our business. "
