" Amazing Service!
Back passenger tire went flat over night, didn't have the proper tools to take off the nuts and change it to the spare. Set an appointment for 9:30 the next day to replace the stem and patch up the tire. Went in at 9:15 explained to the 2 gentleman at the service desk that I couldn't get the tire off. Jacob Rancourt at Kal Tire grabbed some tools, drove us out to my parking lot, took off the tire, put on the spare, brought the tire with him back to Kal tire and called me later that day to notify me that it was ready! They were very friendly, fast, efficient and put me at ease. They let me know my options for stem replacements and offered great advice to upgrade my tools in case my tire goes flat in a not so fortunate location. They were very accommodating and asked how soon I needed my car ready to drive. Luckily I was in no rush so I told them to take their time in case they were busy with other clients and everything was ready within 4 hours! They thanked me for choosing them and encouraged me to come back in case I need any more service! Will definitely be going back if needed and will be recommending them to all my friends!

" This is the only place I have taken my vehicles in the past couple years. Ownership, and name have changed but the same guys work there. Sean and Jacob should win customer service awards, along with the rest of the guys that work there. I highly recommend them! "
