" If you asked me 10 years ago up until a month or 2 ago I would have given this place 5 stars. As a professional stylist, I’ve been using this hair for 10+ years. The last batch I ordered for my regular extensions client was very off in texture. We put the hair in and she had to have it removed within a week. It was frizzy , felt fake. And I called and expressed my concern and need to for new hair. They told me the manager would call me. I’ve called many times since ( I still have not heard from manager a month later ) and they will not answer my calls. "

" DO NOT BUY HAIR FROM THESE PEOPLE!! I am a professional stylist for over 15 years! I ordered #2 very dark brown hair and they sent me hair that looked green!!!! Knowing it was a bad batch of hair sent me the hair anyway and my client was very upset and the "manager" of this establishment gives
terrible customer service!! I had to pay over 400$ out of pocket to replace my clients hair and they offered to send me replacement hair and still failed to do so, its been 2 weeks and refused a refund of any kind!! Manager doesn't return my calls! Save your money and shop elsewhere! Terrible quality and service!! "
