" Only come in for a biannual checkup of a necklace. It's in and out, very efficient.

In my opinion, the prices and quality of stones (diamonds and engagement jewelry in particular) is pretty bad - not worse than any other jewelry store mind you. "

" The worst experience I have ever had at a jeweler !!! 7 of your last 9 Google Reviews are a 1 star out of 5. That is because there is no option of a Zero Star. Would it be a good idea for you to respond to any of them ?
Training of staff before letting them talk to clients is one suggestion.
Having better systems in place to track items sent for repair and keeping clients informed is another. Hope this helps. "

" Do not buy from this store my husband purchased gold bangles from them as a gift, spent over $1000 and within 3 months they all broke. When tried to return or have replaced we very rudely informed that was going to cost hundreds to get fixed at our expense. Awful customer service and probably worst jeweller I have every come across. Lots more reputable stores around USE THEM!! "

" Do NOT shop at Mappins (Fairview Mall) as it has the worse customer service. Went in to get my wedding rings repaired (claws & loose stones), they said that it was not covered under warranty. Two weeks later they advise me I can either purchase a $450 warrantly or repair it $420. The old blond lady was rude, arrogant and shady.

I took my business to Arman's Jewellers on Victoria Street, Kitchener. Same day repair and for half the price with great service.

** Lesson learned - shop and support local businesses! "

" We purchased a pair of earnings of black Tahitian pearls with defects but requested a new pair from the warehouse or other store. The sales person promised to replace them in 2 weeks with a new pair with no defects otherwise we return them and get refunded. We waited more than 3 weeks and called the store few times to get a status of the replacement and got promise after promise that we will get them soon. The sales persons there are mostly part-time people who have no desire to offer a high level of customer support after getting their commission for a sale. Despite many negative reviews on Google they keep turning a blind eye to the customers who purchased . I am wondering how such a lousy store is in business in the biggest malls of the Canada. "
