" I absolutely love my doctor but the receptionists here are ridiculous, and now they have chosen certain times to answer the phone which makes it even harder to make an appointment. I also have had to wait 20 min on hold to have someone pick up the line and put me back on hold for another 10 min and then my call was dropped! the office is open during my work hours only and with these new selective times for phone calls my experience with this office is extremely frustrating, perhaps hire more receptionists? or ones who understand that the phone is a large part of the job!!
Also.. leaving the answering machine on 15 min after the time stated on the recording is not helpful, if you are back open at 1:30pm after lunch you should be taking calls at 1:30! "

" I have been with Dr Blumke since birth and she has been absolutely incredible! She tends to your every need and uses the full body approach! She rememberes every last detail of her patients!
I do however warn of the HORRIBLE front desk staff. I deal specifically with the lady named Sandra as she is the receptionist that deals with my doctors' patients. Initially, when I called to book my appointment Sandra was incredibly sarcastic and rude. She scolded me for wanting to book an appointment without giving a two-month advanced booking. Her tone was incredibly condescending and miserable. not appreciating this, I told her "I don't appreciate the attitude, I called to inquire". She went ahead and booked me for a given day and all was fine. I showed up to the appointment on the day she had scheduled me for and when I got to the counter Sandra said "you're booked for the 13th, not today"... I was irate! Sandra told me the 5th on the phone (of which I had booked off work to attend) and now she was saying I was booked in on the 13th. Expressing my concern, she said "you must have heard me wrong" with a smirk. I knew this wasn't possible because I would NEVER have booked this appointment for a Friday. I believe that Sandra gave me the wrong date intentionally. She's incredibly unprofessional and immature and frankly doesn't have the right to be working for such an incredible doctor. I didn't once raise my voice at her (aside from the phone conversation) but should you ever have to deal with her - I recommend you remain firm and double check times and dates constantly when dealing with this woman. "

" I've been with the medical associates through 2 moves, ever since they were the medical associates is Meadowvale by the Town Centre. They now care for my whole family. I can't imagine going anywhere else. Carrying people, great doctors and helpful information. "
