" Just went to get an estimate on my 10k 9.38 grams necklace. Not only was I offered a low amount of 90 dollars, after accepting this offer I had mentioned I bought the item a while back from Micheal hill jeweler and I was unhappy of the weight which is why I am selling it. As soon as i mentioned this, the lady re tested my necklace and withdrew her offer and said they will not take my necklace and that the test is not confirming authenticity, when i asked to speak with another representative to test my gold to confirm her sudden new findings i was turned away.
Went down to the cash for gold store a block down the road and was offered 120 dollars after testing.
Very poor management being run at this location, do not sell your gold here. "
