Their phone reccording has not been updated to reflected the changes in hours. Today for example the hours are listed to open at 9am, I went in person and it says they will be open at 3PM. " I called less than 5 minutes before entering the clinic to ask what the wait was like, as I had only 2 hours between shifts. I was told the wait was half an hour. I had to leave at the hour and a half mark in order to get to work on time. I was disappointed that I didn't get to see the doctor, confused that I would be quoted 30 minutes, when obviously the wait was much, much longer, and truly shocked at the way the receptionist was speaking to some of the patients. She was not only rude and impatient, she was condescending. There were a few people in the queue who I believe spoke English as a second language and some of which I believe were students. The manner and tone in which she spoke to them in particular was appalling. Regardless of how stressful her job is, or how difficult it is at times to work in customer service, there is a level of dignity that you should address people with. Rolling your eyes, raising your voice and treating patients like they are a huge inconvenience to your day is not how a professional carries themselves. I'll be sure to go elsewhere In the future. "

" This is my first and last visit here as I received absolutely horrific service from this clinic. I went in on a Saturday afternoon and waited two hours (typical of a walk-in clinic, so no real complaints on this aspect) for an appointment that took a grand total of 30 seconds. I began to explain my symptoms and the physician cut me off immediately and told me I was wrong, and to go home and "drink water and take care of myself". I left thinking that I may have misinterpreted my symptoms, but I received a phone call a week and a half later (today) from the receptionist who explained that my test results indicated a serious infection for which I had to have something prescribed immediately. At this point, I had already consulted another doctor and dealt with the issue and when I called the clinic 5 minutes later to request them to fax the results to my family doctor, they told me they misplaced my chart. Absolutely awful, I do not recommend this place to anyone seeking adequate medical care. "

" The sectary is over worked at this clinic.. can't even answer the phone as patients line up or sit and wait for hours.. total ridiculous..And now limited choice for TB test as 50 King St is no longer given the test.
Privet owned clinic.. needs much improvement.Also all the new people coming with there kids who have never had immunizations shots.. way too much paper work and time for 1 person at front desk.
The DR is over worked as well..I hope this gets looked after.. "

" Always has been helpful and courteous. Really appreciate the care that they put into their patients. Even when it's busy they make sure to devote their time to each patient without rushing them or being rude. Lauren and Kim were very kind and helpful, glad to know that people like these two ladies are there to assist in any way possible. "

" Doctor examined me for literally 3 sec and tells me it's either fine or go to urgent care. Gave me antibiotics because it supposedly helps with everything :) Incompetent. "

" Extremely rude. Display a lack of professionalism. The doctors do NOT care for the patients and dont try to hide that fact. They will call you in for a follow up and then ask WHY you're there and tell you to stop coming. Go anywhere else but here if you want a professional safe and confident medical opinion. "

" I was there this morning and I thought both the doctor and front desk girl were very competent and friendly. I arrived right when they opened at 10 and was 4th in line to see the doctor. I was there about an hour in total, not too different from appointments at my family Doctor. I actually waited longer in the pharmacy to pick up my antibiotics than I did to see the doctor haha. All in all it was a fine experience and I will definitely come here again "

" It was a long wait - 2.5 hours but the doctor (Dr. K. Thompson) was very friendly. I didn't feel like she was rushing to get rid of me even though I was one of her last patients and it was almost 30 minutes after the clinic was supposed to be closed. Also, the receptionist was polite and kind. Maybe I had different staff than other people who commented but I think they did very well considering how short staffed clinics are and they were much quicker than my family doctor who couldn't fit me in for 2 weeks. If you expect instant gratification then you aren't going to get that no matter where you go. "

" Obviously you expect to wait at a walk in clinic. I did read the reviews before going and it seems as if they were written by critical over exaggerators. The staff was much friendlier than I would have been when dealing with a packed waiting room on a Sunday morning when they probably want to be home. They took only 1 coffee break in the 2 1/2 hours that I was there which is normal for any job. I had a pleasant conversation with the nurse as she showed me to the exam room. The doctor was nice although a little rushed which again is to be expected at a clinic. The doors were locked about 2 hours before the clinic closed but that is because they were already full beyond the time capacity. The only complaint I had was the wait time but that has nothing to do with the staff, they can't control how many people show up. "
