Penny has an approach to her work that is holistic and comprehensive.

Over her career of 30+ years in Toronto real estate, she has worked with clients, builders, and developers on all aspects of residential real estate. She enjoys a well earned reputation with her clients and colleagues for honesty and success in all her dealings that includes an engaging wit and sense of humour.

Last year, along with her work as a Senior Vice President at Sotheby's International Realty Canada, Penny and her architect husband Jim King have worked with a builder/developer to construct and successfully market a custom home in Moore Park.
Born in Toronto’s Annex neighbourhood and a graduate in Fine Arts from U of T, her experience and guidance for her real estate clients includes not only an understanding of the emotional issues surrounding a move and purchase of a property, the negotiating skills to help acquire it, along with an in-depth knowledge of the financial ramifications to the transaction. The current market conditions, the quality of the design of the property and its construction, financing costs and strategies, goals and life stages of her individual clients are all taken into consideration to provide the most effective advice and support to either market or purchase a property.
