" Friday marked the sale of my third BMW purchase but my first at Parkview .... I must say I was blown away at the service I received as it truly was beyond expectations!!! Ken went way above and beyond to make myself and wife comfortable and confident in the purchase of our vehicle... His knowledge was second to none and I can’t begin to explain just how personal and down to earth friendly he really is .. " Such a "Shady" place to buy a CPO BMW. This is the only BMW dealership that i have seen that overprices their cars, in the hopes that when someone negotiates with them that they feel like they have a deal. This is easily shown by a car that was initially prices at $52,777, then a few weeks later after being on the market THEY INCREASE THE PRICE TO $55,021........ and now because it is still not selling they reduce the price to $53,184 ... IT MAKES NO SENSE.... So no an email from the "owner" below my post to discuss my concerns will not make this place less "shady". I highly recommend many other BMW dealerships, but do not go to this one for a CPO car. "

" I had an awesome experience at Parkview BMW with getting in a newer BMW. Everybody that I dealt with, Rock - sales representative, John - sales manager, Agnes - business manager, were very understanding and accommodating, making sure my car buying experience would as smooth as possible.
The delivery of my vehicle was also very professional thanks to knowledgeable staff and excellent coordination between various departments.
If you are in the market for a BMW I highly recommend BMW and the sales team there.
The vehicle price are competitive and the service is truly 5 stars.

" I am not a BMW customer, but this weekend I received a glimpse of the excellence you provide your customers with.
On Saturday evening I had a flat tire, not very far from your dealership on Leslie street. It was something unexpected and frightening for me, especially that I had my children in the car.
I pulled the car to the right and I attempted to change the spare tire myself. Although I consider myself a self-sufficient and strong woman, I was unable to do it.
I called the dealership where I bought the car from, and I asked them for help. They gave me the number of the roadside assistance, but not once did the person on the phone ask me if I was ok.
While waiting for the roadside assistance help to arrive, two young men parked their car behind mine and offered to change my tire. I welcomed their help, as more than one hour passed and my children became increasingly anxious.
They were wearing shirts with the BMW logo and they told me that they were working at the Genius desk at the dealership up the hill. Their names are Chris and Alex.
They told me that they finished work for the evening and they couldn’t drive past me without offering their help, when they saw me with the flat tire at the side of the road.
Chris and Alex changed my spare tire in no time. They were courteous, respectful, and very professional.
I am writing this review to let you know that Chris and Alex were your brand ambassadors, even after hours, on a Saturday evening.
By offering me a helping hand, they carried your reputation with honesty and integrity, outside your dealership’s boundaries.
I will remember their kind gesture. I will always remember that BMW equates excellence. "

" I have been a customer with Parkview for many years. The services are always good, personal and attentive. Recently, I traded in my X3 with a new lease. It was excellent and professional service from sales to delivery of the car! Bilal was responsive in working out different scenarios for us. He took the time to explain and show us what we can do. In the end, we sealed the deal. George, the business manager, he was very helpful and knowledgeable to run down the financial matters and he even gave us a few tips for lease vs buy options for next time. Chris, the delivery specialist, was very patient and detailed to show us the new car. We were concerned with the mark on the side of the new car. He listened to our concern and got someone to address this promptly. Paul was very professional in handling our concern and he took it for a cleanup. Overall, the experience was great and we feel we are in good hand. Great team work!!! We would not go to any other BMW dealers. "

" Just got my X1 yesterday from this location and personally I rate 10/10 my experience from selecting right model to delivering car. It was very smooth transition. Tommy Chan helped us through the process and he called Sales Master for many good reasons. He helped us like one of our family member. I would recommend him for people who are still deciding right BMW.
Visit this location and you will not be disappointed. Entire crew is very friendly and approachable. Personally I would ask for Tommy Chan!!
