I always experiment at new places and never had a pizza I couldn't eat. I cannot put to words how bad this pizza was. I would not feed it to my dog or my worst enemy. There is no way this pizza was so mistake or once off. To make a pizza this bad it had to be engineered. Someone who has as much cooking skill as a raccoon skillfully created a pizza that has absolutely no redeeming qualities. I can't believe that they are ruining their reputation as having one of the best pizzas in the KW area by giving every second or third customer a horrible experience. I say this because I saw them making one fresh pizza in the style that I was accustomed to and another that was similar to mine being thrown under a heat lamp.
It was a cardboard crust with a smattering of sauce, cheese and pepperoni that was Cleary cooked hours earlier. The few shriveled up green olives and bacon were tossed on and heated up.
When I called to complain to the manager she couldn't give a reason why it was so bad and offered no apology or substitute. When I suggested she look at the recent reviews her response was that they don't do that?
Its a shame. "

" Despite my opinion on Pepi's, I get why people like this place. The pizza is unique and not entirely in a bad way.
The sauce is a little on the sweet side but is very flavourful. The crust gets a nice texture at the ends, but is unfortunately very bland. Everything but the crust is undercooked. The cheese is basically the same colour within almost none of those nice little browned spots that most pizzas have. I get the impression that they premake the dough for specific sizes (including their custom slices) and freeze it. The pizza is much better fresh out of the oven, so I'd recommend eating there if you can.
Pepi's is also on the pricy side. My small cost about as much as a medium at most other places.
The service was a mixed bag. The woman I took my order with was friendly, but the man who gave me my pizza when I came back to pick it up gave me one of the least sincere generic "Thank you, have a good day" lines I have every heard.
Overall, not too bad and at least it's different from the dozens of other pizzas joints in town.

I've had Pepi's a few times since this review and every time I find myself more disappointed. It seriously seems like the only thing that actually gets cooked is the crust. The pizzas never sit well with me either.
They also include the bottom part of lettuce in their salads. To me this seems like a cheap way to make the customer think they're getting more than they actually are. "

" I have been getting Pepis subs for 17 yrs and they have always tasted great!!(1 a month)
The taste is great but the size is small now.
The last 2 times I have ordered for delivery the girl on the phone was so rude I called back to cancel my order.
I will not be ordering from them again .

" Ordered from Pepi's since I was a little kid. Needless to say it has really gone down hill. Rude workers that don't know how to take proper orders and when you call to tell them what they did wrong they say it's your fault. For 25+ years my family ordered from Pepi's, never again - not no more. It's truly sad to see the company so many people once loved go to hell because of workers that don't know what they're doing from order taking to pizza making. "

" Quality ingredients make a quality pizza. I had a medium pepperoni pizza from Pepi's and it was fairly delicious. The pizza was a bit pricey compared to competitors but the taste made up the difference. The only issue is actually keeping the condiments on the pizza as the cheese kept slipping off the bread, taking all the toppings with it. If the competition can keep their toppings on their pizza, then so can Pepi's! "
