DESIGN DRAWING SET-

Permit & Drafting Services will meet with the client to discuss concept and conduct a site measure. Following the meeting, a design set will be produced based on the clients 'wish list,' keeping what is acceptable by the province in mind. To help with the design stage, we offer screen sharing to our clients for immediate design results. This has proven to be an extremely helpful tool for our clients.

PERMIT/CONSTRUCTION DRAWING SET-

Upon completion of the design concept, Permit & Drafting Services will use the final plan and put it to permit set. The company works with an approach that accurately represents the plan to allow smooth approval through the city. Drawing sets are represented in a manner that both professionals and the client can understand.
