" Very very very poor client service today for their event.I walked in with two kids to get couple of their special for sick kids,the store was busy and when I reached the cashier,the girl told me they do not have the special so I said no problem and I orderd large pizza and wedge and she said I have to wait 20 mins and I said that fine then after me I observed they are giving special to people and imagin the whole line behind me they got their their pizza and left so I told girl and the girl said after me they recalculated their dough and she brought a guy to me to talke,at this point my kids got so frustrated and I was so disappointed and more than that people they did not know what was going on and they were giving me dirty look and I was so embarrassed. The worst thing the girl was on cash got her break meanwhile and when I was leaving I observed she was taking about me to other client was sitting and may be she just was there for 5 mins and got her pizza and she gave not true opinion about my situation, I do not care about that client the thing I care the cashier that put me in this wired situation and now she uses my story as her fun topic during her break probably this girl does not have any clue about having this kind of situation with two kids at the end of the day or the guy thought he can fix this mistake by giving me $5 back and tell me in front of everyone that he charges me large pizza for the price of 2 midium pizza and look like he is giving me a big favor which money money was the last thing I was thinking otherwise I did not order any thing from the bigining, as mom with more than 15 years experience in retail managing I think this location is suffering lack of management and communication, wake-up guys is 2017 and nobody runs a event like this anymore??????????????? "
