" Worse place I have ever been into. Driving home after Blue Jay Ball game on Friday (Sept 22) stopped in with my son to get a pizza and wings. There were 3 men there behind the counter(one may have been owner as he wasn't wearing uniform). They were yelling non stop at each other for at least 10 minutes...(it was in a different language) but obviously the one without uniform was the worse (and I mean yelling). It took over 5 minutes just to make my CHEESE pizza because they couldn't stop long enough to do it. Then the guy without uniform went in front of the cash and called someone on a personal cell to talk about the paper in front of him...all the time picking his teeth...great place to eat! When we got our wings they were cold and not cooked. I knew right away to check them because after the arguing they turned the fryer on and threw them in...didn't wait for the fryer to warm up...when I went to complain about raw chicken served to me...the one guy acted like it was my fault saying "what do you want me to do...the timer went off". This place is a joke and I can't believe a Franchise would behave in this way. "

" I’ve been ordering from Pizza Pizza for 20+ years, and today, I used, for the first time, my 11-11 points, to get a free order. When I got the e-mail notification saying that the points assigned to this order were zero, they were forcing me to pay the full price, which contradicts their promise. Hence, they are liars, at best. I have spent over a thousand dollars on orders from them in the past, but now they lost me as a client, because of this one stupid mess up. If they can’t get their act together and honor their promises, I hope they fail as a business. Good bye. "

" This is the worst store and worst customer service. I ordered last night for a delivery for my daugther's birthday party in school and the guy took all the details with care with my hand written note of time and address for delivery with both my home and cell phone numbers.
At delivery time we called pizza pizza and they say cant find any order and on call person was not providing us the phone number of the location also to talk directly and wasted another 20 minutes. Later on we drove all the way 20 mins to reach the store and then from the bunch of this stupid store's receipts we ourself find out the receipt and then the processed the order.
Kids at school were awaiting for this for additional one hour when they have dedicated lunch hour which is wasted and is so much embarrassment of us. I will never order from this store. This has the worst people and worst customer service. I think overall based on my experience with pizza pizza customer service it is not a standard company which cares about customers. Never go to this store very unprofessional people. Worst store ever "
