" Worst experience ever, and staff is horrible. I dont know on what criteria owner hire the staff, may be skills of abusing. Last night means 27th September 2017, 11:00 pm approx. I went their with my friend. A guy named Dave took order without any greeting but that doesn't matter to me. I ordered a vegetarian pizza and that guy start making it right away. I was watching him, he didn't washed hand or use any kind of gloves. I asked him don't you guys use any gloves while touching dough or while pitting toppings. And to my surprise he replied "You want pizza or money back, used some harsh words and start yelling at me. He raised his voice so much and start abusing me. His fellow workers hold him as he was behaving so mad he threw money on table and again start abusing. I dont know how other fellow workers work with him and how owner hire this kind of staff. Shame on you Pizza Pizza shame on you. Please never ever visit this pioneer drive location. "

Adding extra toppings for a vegetarian customer Will cost 1.75 each.
2 smalls with 5 toppings each plus 1 dipping sauce comes to 52 dollars plus delivery charge. It would have been completely different if medium or large size was an option. But no, that's "impossible"; rocket science in this case.
Way to go pizza pizza..... you can keep your scam and lack of options to suck clients pockets.
A small pizzeria around my area was happy To take my order with no issues and I happily paid less than HALF THE PRICE pizza pizza wanted including the delivery.
Shameful!!!! "

" Always my go to spot for pizza. Online ordering from the pizza pizza website is the most advanced online ordering system in whole of Canada. My pizza order (Large: Tick Crust, Sweet Chili Thai Sauce Base, Goat Cheese, Left Half Anchovies and feta cheese, Right Half jalapeno and caramelized onions, Chili Peppers Italiano Blend Seasoning Sweet Garlic and Pepper Seasoning. Try it you will love it) "

" The staff is good, the serve is sometimes good, the environment is clean BUT.... they're greedy with the ingredients. 1. I ordered a pizza with extra cheese and let's say they forgot or they just chose not to add it. 2. Another time I ordered extra chicken but didn't get that either. 3. Their basic pepperoni pizza barely has pepperoni. There's like 3 pieces of pepperoni on each slice. I sometimes order from a location in Hamilton when I'm visiting friends and you should see the difference. The Pizza Pizza on Dundurn South in Hamilton loads your Pizza with pepperoni and any other ingredients you request. Too bad this location (Pioneer Drive) limits their ingredients. The thin crust isn't always thin either.
First of all good service shouldn't require you pay double for ingredients. "
