" The gentleman on the phone that took my order said his name was Daniel. No customer service whatsoever. Told him 3 times to leave instruction "not to ring doorbell", he didn't let the driver know and ended up waking up my baby. We asked for 3 dorito bags and specifically said NO cheetos. He gave us all cheetos. The delivery man was nice enough and offered to exchange it for us, but I don't think the delivery man should take responsibility for someone else's mistake. Daniel should not be taking orders or answering phones. We definitely won't choose this location again. "

" Have been numerous times here and I have never had any issues with any of the staff here. Almost all the times I walk in, order and drive home to eat. I watch the staff closely as and I haven’t experienced any odd behaviour of the staff with me other customers and also within the kitchen they seem to follow protocol of washing hands if they come from the back and I not seen them play with food.
Having said that, I eat plant based foods I am so glad that they have non dairy cheeze. It is my go to place to satisfy my pizza craving. Kids love this place as they get to choose different pizza base rather than the plain old tomato sauce.
Picked up a medium Green Pepper and non dairy cheeze (a vegan pizza) and creamy garlic sauce as the base and green olives and mushrooms extra large pizza. Ready in less than 20 minutes as promised and pizzas great. The crust of the pizza needs to be worked on by PP. too dry by the time you Pizza comes to room temperature. "

" I HAVE GOTTEN HARASSED BY 2 MALE EMPLOYEES. THEY TOLD ME TO GET THE HELL OUT, SHUTUP, COME HERE!, AND NEXT TIME THEY WOULD MAKE THE PIZZA WITH THEIR FEET ALL BEACAUSE I TOLD THEM TO WEAR GLOVES AND NOT TO PLAY WITH THE CHEESE. I HAVE THIS WHOLE SITUATION RECORDED ON MY IPHONE. THESE EMPLOYEES MUST BE FIRED AND THIS RESTAURANT SHUT DOWN. "

" Violence and harassment ... No gloves staff playing around with the cheese. This staff should immediately be fired and should be paid a visit by the health department. HOW is this terrible place still open "

" Went here near closing time and just as I was about to take my second bite I watched one of the employees wash/ clean the oven with a mop. Obviously I was severely grossed out from this so after I took some pictures, I called head office to see what they would offer me. Not only were they rude but they said the best they would offer me is one large pizza of my choice. One of the worst expeirences ive ever had over eating food and receiving poor customer service. Don't eat here unless you want dirty feet in your mouth. Pizza looks and taste artificial like their garlic sauce...still heavnt taken up their large pizza offering.
Atmosphere - 2 - boring
Taste. - 1 - seems fake/ artificial
Price - 2 - average for low quality
Service. - 1 - non satisfactory/ rude "

" I went there this afternoon and was amazed how good the pizza was. The washroom was spacious and clean and the dining area was also neat. There were plenty parking spaces in front of the store. I would definitely visit there again!! "

" I walked in and ordered a large pizza. The guy had a problem understanding my order (order was not difficult and no other location has this issue). He said it will be 15 minutes. I came back in 20 minutes the the pizza still was not ready. After 30 minutes from time of ordering I asked the guy when my pizza would be ready. He said he stated the pizza would be ready in 50 minutes not 15. There was another guy that ordered before he and he piped up and said "you said it would be ready in 15 minutes". The guy behind the counter kept on telling both of us we were wrong and it would be 50 minutes. 50 minutes after ordering the pizza I asked him when the pizza would be ready, he said it would be ready soon. By this time the other guy has already waited almost an hour. Fed up I said if the pizza is not ready, I want my money back. He gladly gave me my money back with no apology and he didn't even look me in the eye. Since then I've ordered from Pizza Nova and the Creditview/ Eglinton Pizza Pizza location. Never going back to this location even though it is less than 5 minutes away.
Second time I've had a bad experience with the same guy.
If you do not want a bad experience, I suggest you never purchase your pizzas from Pizza Pizza Erin Centre. Time to close this location or change owners "
