" Head office gave us a credit to get a free pizza and instructed us to come to this location specifically, as the credit would be put on our phone account. We were told that we only needed to provide our phone number when placing the order and we could get our free pizza. Unfortunately, the employee we spoke to at the counter began yelling at my husband when we tried to walk in and place the order. He said that we needed to call head office because it wasn't possible to just walk in and order, blaming my husband for the mistake. I told him that it was not acceptable to yell at a customer but he ignored me and continued to yell. We asked for his name but he wouldn't provide it, nor would anyone else who was working. When we called head office regarding the miscommunication, at no point in time did they apologize for their error or the way their employee was acting. I will never go to this location again and I'm very disappointed at how head office responded to the situation. This bad experience could have been easily avoided. "

" I went in to buy a medium cheese for $4.99 but the lady put the medium pepperoni pizza price with out a topping. So $5.99. When i brought i up to her attention she said " oh that was only for a few days, we dont have it any more". I then told her i have been getting that deal for a few years but proceeded to say that the deal no longer exists. I then pulled up the price of the medium cheese pizza from the pizza pizza website, and she proceeded to say that its only if you order online. I have been getting this deal in stores for a few years. Infact a freind of mime came to this exact one and got that deal on sunday. Like i dont understand why there would be no medium cheese option, just a medium pepperoni without any toppings. If i see that lady working again. I will not be coming to this pizza pizza again. "

" Came in for 4 slices pepperoni...they only had 3 and I was willing to wait for more...the guy making them made a huge deal to the lady at the register about getting another ready that I almost left...had my kids so I stayed...but I don't think that's the SERVICE it was built on... will definitely think about pick up from another location from now on...even thought this is the delivery location for us....

" So I called to place an order for delivery... I order lasagna and bite size brownies.... the order was guarantee for an hour. It arrive 55 mins later... my lasagna was cold and put in the bag sideways...so i called customer service and complained. I asked for another one to be sent out at 130am. I got a call from the store saying guy is on his way and will be there soon at
1:53 he was caught in traffic. It is now 215am and still haven't received anything and worst part is store is 3.76kms from me. Like this is very disappointing as I am at work and can't leave.
Finally at 222 I finally my lasagna... "

" Horrible food. Very over cooked, burnt pizza. Onion rings were not cooked, and COLD. And the poutine was AWFUL. Nothing but salt, and the gravy made me sick. Literally I had to spit it out. Very disappointed. "
