The problem when you have one overworked guy running things is that everything takes longer and things get screwed up. We didn't get the dipping sauce we ordered, but I won't blame the poor dude who was working his butt off while the (obvious) owner was sitting there watching him work his butt off and getting him to make a free pizza for his friend while the poor guy had real work to do. Hey Owner, get up and take better care of your store. "

" The only thing this place really has going for it is the friendly staff and good potato wedges and chicken strips. The slices have no taste and seem to sit for too long, the poutines are way too salty, and they sometimes don't have things they advertise, like the pizza-dilla. The other location on Fairview has better pizza. "

" I understand how irritating working in fast food can be, having done and continue to do it now, but one thing that I find absolutely unacceptable is when the food isn't cooked on a 40$ order.
I ordered jalapeno poppers (2) sodas (6), onion rings (1) and a pepperoni, pineapple, and bacon pizza.
The poppers were delicious, the onions rings were all right and the soda is coke so honestly no disappointment there, it's when I reached the pizza I saw that the bacon was raw, and attempting to bite into the crust showed that it was soggy and undercooked, I had to spit it out and toss the entire 15$ pizza away.
I will not be buying from here ever again, or any of it's other locations, this is the 3rd time that the pizza I ordered was either wrong or under-cooked. "
