" Well RBC as a hole is a great banking. I live in oakville and the rbc out here is kind and curtiouse and very mindful to thier customers. But for this branch i cant say the same. I had issues with my personell account because of my ex wife thats no longer in my life used and abused my debit card. I understood my penalty and waited a year till it could go back to the same way it was. But they lied and kept everything to a minimum i cant even make an online purchase over 100 bucks lol. Well this bank manager i forget his name but he said that a bank account is a pivilage not a right and smiled and laughed then i asked how old r u and he said 26. Then i said u have a lot to learn. I believe i waited my year and learned my lesson and i believe this man at 26 years of age is pissed with me because he doesnt want me to have a normal account becasue i stood up for myself against him. I even got it fixed at another branch and he found out and called them and made it the minimum again. This branch is the worst ever full of hate towards thier customers i try hard to be honest. Rbc seems to be stuck up at this branch. "
