" Scheduled a grocery pickup between 7-9. Arrived at 710, told it would be up to 20 minute wait and they were already picking them, offered a $10 gift card. 8:40 finally received groceries.
Awful experience. Asked the woman working if they were short staffed: "sort of". You are or you aren't.
I'd have got my own groceries if they had been honest at 710, then at 740 and 8 pm.
Very frustrating. "
