Left them a message at 9am and received a quick response with an estimated time of arrival for later that day. Have to say we were extremely impressed with Conrad. He is very knowledgeable and not only did he give us a very reasonable quote to repair damages to several areas of our roof, but he then proceeded to do the repairs immediately and in the freezing cold! All in I had my roof repaired by 2pm same day with better quality shingles, warranty, and peace of mind. Will not hesitate to have them replace my entire roof when the time comes. Conrad you rock! "
