" #1 the website gives the wrong information for walk in clinic says 8:30-5:00 Wrong !!
But when you call or show up they tell Oh No it's not actually open till 10:00-3:00 big difference and if you went there to get in quick you'd be left waiting another 2hrs.
#2 Receptionist is the rudest, most unhelpful person to man a phone.
Never did go, because she was so unhelpful, sarcastic and rude.
Phoned Baseline Clinic appointment made, same day, within the hour and extremely helpful and pleasant !!
I would go to Baseline Clinic, rather than go to Saffron Health strictly based on the reception I received.
Some people don't realize the importance of a good Receptionist 😕 "

" Saffron health centre is the best walk in clinic I have visited in this city. The doctors are great and the pharmacist goes above and beyond and makes you feel valued and appreciated as a customer and patient. "

" Physiotherapist here is a true professional! Adriana is expert in her field. I have experienced physio at a variety of places over the years and was overwhelmingly appreciative of her approach and expertise. After my shoulder surgery she was adept at understanding what I needed, advising my overall needs while programming my journey towards healing. I can't say enough. Don't look anywhere else, I can confidently recommend, I feel amazing after every visit! "
