" I've been to this office twice in the past 6 months and always received professional and courteous service. On the last visit there was a 20 minute wait to speak with an agent, however, I did arrive at a peak operating time. I drive 20km out of my way to have these people assist me rather than deal with the snotty unprofessional man at the Port Colborne office who doesn't think twice about rudely interrupting conversations between customers and another rep. "

" I find the first thing about customer service is a smile, not a cringe of disgust, with eyes that accuse you of wasting there time. I find this can certainly make people feel that returning would be worse then a russian gulag. "

" Daughter lives with me, therefore has no mail, Ohip was cancelled, was not told by the staff that I could sign for her as a guarantor, was told needed things off of list 1 and 2 which she had none of. People, you get paid enough to do your job, not to not inform people or misinform them. When I called service Ontario and went to mpp that's when I was told I could sign and be her guarantor. "
