" Unfortunately the 'Commissioner' does NOT work every day like the call center assured me. I tried calling several times but couldn't find a way to get through to the location and the only live body I could get was at the call center. I find it disrespectful and inconsiderate not to answer the phone at the location so that customers can ask specific questions and get accurate answers. Not only did I have to take time off work but I had to pick my dad up at his home and drag him in only to be turned away. This all could have been avoided if they answered the phone. "

" My wife and two daughters (4 years old) went and after 45 minutes of waiting, my daughters both had to use the washroom, after asking the lady behind the desk, she refuses and then proceeds to tell my wife that it isn't her problem that they need to use the washroom. Simply pathetic. Barely know how to do their job, and rude to boot. Next time, they pee where they sit. Then it will be your problem! "

" I went around 1pm, wait time was around 15 mins. Service desk lady and receptionist were both polite and helpful. Only criticism they were using Post-it notes as numbers to call people. Also this place is privately owned which makes you wonder where does all the money go? "
