" No one here seems to know what they are talking about. I had two different people tell me I needed to e test my transport truck before getting my $700 sticker for the next 3 months. I had the truck e tested when I bought it a year ago so didn't believe the. They refused to give me my sticker so I called Clean Emissions.
The man there told me that no, I in fact did not need an e test for another YEAR and they should have given me my sticker. These people put me out of business for 3 days since the sticker on my truck expired and I could not work. "

" Depending on time of arrival service can take a little while but the staff is very nice, and they can hustle people through when needed. If you get to the counter and are told you are missing something ie. insurance slip, they don't make you wait again, they say "come up to the counter right awand we'll process your request ASAP. Also many, many people show up missing info and the staff always stays calm...frankly I'd go a little crazy dealing with these forgetful people all day. "

" Just renewed my driver's licensee and OHIP card, it took less than 5 minutes, the lady was so fast and friendly, she smiled and wished me a great day. I am very impressed, great service! Thank you. "

" Process has become a lot more efficient. It's a ticket and number system so u don't have to wait in a line to get to the counter. U can leave and come back if u desire.... depending on what time of day u go the expected wait can be from 15-40 min on average.
The bulk of the staff is friendly how ever some staff is really grouchy. Also they can try to smile. I undestand you work for the government but u don't have to act like ur sitting on a rock ( to be polite ).
They can use some more male employees as I noticed there is only women working there. Also can use more diversity. Maybe higher some ethnic groups aswell. This is canada after all. It's not all white people living in Canada and you are a government operation so maybe lead by example by trying to diversify your work force. "
